Position Overview As a Cultivation & Packaging Technician, you’ll support daily operations across both the grow room and post-harvest areas. You’ll play a key role in nurturing healthy plants and ensuring finished products are packaged with precision and care. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who’s flexible, dependable, and eager to learn every stage of production—from clone to container.

Key Responsibilities Cultivation Duties:

Assist with plant care including watering, pruning, transplanting, and general maintenance under the guidance of our Cultivation Manager Monitor plant health and immediately report pests, deficiencies, or abnormalities Maintain a clean and organized grow area, following sanitation procedures Document daily activities and observations in cultivation logs Follow nutrient and environmental schedules to ensure optimal growth

Packaging Duties:

Weigh and package cannabis flower and pre-rolls with consistency and accuracy Label, seal, bundle, and box finished goods according to state compliance standards Assist in light trimming tasks when needed Conduct visual quality control checks to ensure product standards are met Keep all packaging and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with SOPs Qualifications Prior cannabis cultivation or packaging experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation to Pittsfield, MA Ability to work in warm, humid environments and perform repetitive tasks Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Why Join JBAM?
