Your responsibilities will include monitoring plant health, assisting with cultivation processes, and ensuring that our growing environment remains optimal for producing premium flower. • $18 USD per hour Required Skills
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass any required background checks.
• Strong understanding of plant biology and cultivation techniques.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic knowledge of cannabis strains and their specific growing requirements.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cultivation technologies and practices. Desired Skills
• Previous experience in a cultivation or agricultural role, preferably in a regulated cannabis environment.
• Familiarity with hydroponic systems and environmental control technologies.
• Certification or degree in horticulture, botany, or a related field.
• Experience with inventory management and data entry related to plant health and growth metrics.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to sustainability and quality.
