As an IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and vitality of our cannabis plants. Key responsibilities include monitoring plant health, implementing pest management strategies, and collaborating with the cultivation team to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. • $20 USD per hour Required Skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass any required background checks.
• Strong understanding of integrated pest management principles and practices.
• Ability to identify common pests and diseases affecting cannabis plants.
• Experience with plant care, including watering, feeding, and general maintenance.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail to monitor plant health.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity fluctuations. Desired Skills
• Previous experience in a cultivation or agricultural role, particularly in a regulated cannabis environment.
• Knowledge of organic and sustainable pest management techniques.
• Familiarity with cultivation equipment and tools used in the cannabis industry.
• Certification or coursework in horticulture, botany, or a related field.
• Experience with data entry and inventory management systems related to plant health and pest control.
