and harvesting fruits, vegetables, and field crops. Duties will include grading, processing,
and packing product for market. Work will also include but not limited to operating hand tools
(hoe, shovel, rake, saws, knives). Work may include operating equipment such as tractor or fork
lift, general maintenance of grounds, buildings, equipment. Most of the work is
performed outdoors in all weather conditions. The jobs are physically demanding and workers will
be expected to lift up to 50lbs, lots of bending, and may also apply general use pesticides
