Blunt roller / trimmer The Frost Factory North Monmouth, ME 04265 We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Cannabis Trimmer/Joint Roller to join our cultivation team in a licensed medical marijuana facility. The Trimmer is responsible for manicuring harvested cannabis plants by hand or machine, ensuring the highest quality product for medical use. This role requires focus, dexterity, and an understanding of plant structure and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Trim and manicure harvested cannabis plants with precision to ensure a clean, uniform product. Separate and process flower, trim, and waste according to company protocols. Inspect product for mold, pests, and other quality control issues. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment regularly to meet hygiene and safety standards. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times. Assist with other cultivation or post-harvest tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility. Prior cannabis trimming or cultivation experience preferred, but not required. High attention to detail and manual dexterity for repetitive hand movements. Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Knowledge of cannabis plant anatomy and product quality standards is a plus. Must pass any required background checks per state/local cannabis regulations.

Working Conditions:

Indoor cultivation or processing facility with regulated temperature and humidity. May involve extended periods of sitting, repetitive motion, and handling of plant material.
