Plant, cultivate, and harvest various fruit and vegetables. Can use hand
tools such as shovels,
hoes and knives. Duties may include tiling soil and applying fertilizer
and pesticides, weeding,
cleaning, sorting packing and handling harvested products, may set up,
drive, operate and
repair farm vehicles and farm equipment to support agricultural duties.
Work is usually
preformed outdoors sometimes under extremely hot or cold conditions.
Work is physically
demanding requiring workers to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50Ibs
on a frequent basis.
Basic understanding of English language for safety and instructions. 2
