Place ladder (up to 20 feet long) against tree limb, climb ladder,secure footing and pickfruit, carefully placing fruit into a bucket. Climb down ladder andgently empty fruit into fieldcontainer. Fruit must not be squeezed or handled roughly to avoidbruising. Workers may alsoharvest dropped fruit from the ground. Workers may occasionally do otherwork such aspruning or orchard maintenance. Work is performed out of doors,sometimes under extremeconditions of heat, cold and rain. Failure to meet quality or productionstandard is cause fordismissal.
