prepare ground for planting. Workers will be required to harvest, handle, and transport
harvested crops and prepare crops for sale. Crops include apples, fruits and vegetables.
Work is often conducted in extreme weather including heat, cold and rain. Worker will be
expected to lift up to 50 pounds. For work which is measurable production level shall not be less
than 75 percent of the average output of the employers experienced workers within a break-in
period of 2 weeks. For Apple picking no more than 5 percent bruising is allowed. 1 month
