In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily duties, but most importantly guiding customers through their questions about plants. Ideal candidates will have a passion for horticulture and a sound understanding of horticultural science. Experience with cannabis is not a must, but it is a plus. We are focused on teaching our customers about cannabis and cultivation with an individualized approach. Duties Assist in the organization and maintenance of inventory. Maintain faced shelves and product display Inventory management and eventually order fulfillment. Participate in unloading materials when inventory arrives. Support customers by assisting with questions regarding plant care. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including outdoor areas. Requirements Basic math skills and PC and excel for inventory management. Experience or knowledge in horticulture, gardening, or landscaping. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly related to equipment used in Hydroponics. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Willingness to work and collaborate with teammates. A background in farming or greenhouse operations is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards customers. Customer Service Abilities are a must!
