Position Summary:

The Trimming Specialist is responsible for the post-harvest preparation of cannabis flower, ensuring that each bud is manicured to quality standards while preserving product integrity. This role demands consistency, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail to meet production goals without compromising the appearance or potency of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

Hand-trim cannabis flower with precision to meet quality and aesthetic standards Maintain cleanliness of workstation and adhere to sanitation protocols Accurately track and weigh trimmed and waste product Follow all company SOPs and compliance guidelines, including METRC tracking Support other post-harvest processes as needed, including bucking or packaging

Qualifications:

Previous trimming or cannabis handling experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks Must be 21 years or older with reliable transportation Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID through the DHSS cannabis program
