Job Summary:
Boa Vida Production is seeking a reliable and motivated Cannabis Greenhouse Support Technician to assist with hands-on tasks in our greenhouse, especially during harvest season. Responsibilities include weighing cannabis, tracking plant movements, recording data, and supporting compliance with state regulations. While the role is primarily greenhouse-based, occasional support with data entry and compliance documentation may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Weigh and record harvested cannabis Track plant movements, waste, and new plantings Maintain accurate records for compliance purposes Assist with data entry in METRC as needed Work closely with the cultivation team and provide backup support to our lead office administrator Perform other tasks as needed in the greenhouse
Qualifications:
Computer literate, familiarity with spreadsheets and basic software Punctual with excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable working in hot greenhouse conditions Must be 21+ and able to obtain a Missouri Agent ID card (includes background check and fingerprints) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
