Cannabis Pre-Roll Technicians 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Perryville, MO Must be able to commute to Perryville, MO $17-$20 based on experience. Duties and Responsibilities Accurately weigh, fill, and package cannabis pre-rolls according to company specifications. Label and seal products in compliance with state regulations and company SOPs. Inspect products for quality control, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards. Track and report production numbers, material usage, and any discrepancies. Must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products. Must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, following safety and sanitation protocols. Follow all compliance regulations, including METRC tracking and packaging guidelines. _______________________ Qualifications/Requirements Pre roll or trimming experience preferred Must show up on time for work every day ready to work. Ability to meet daily production quotas and maintain quality control standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Willingness to work flexible hours (weekday and weekends), including overtime if needed. Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences, especially with the direct supervisors, leads, and other co-workers. Packaging staff is responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs Requires the ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours per day
