Duties and Responsibilities Designs, installs, and maintains annual and perennial beds, shrubbery, and trees Perform approved maintenance on landscaping, grounds, and other assigned common areas Records the application of and applies pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers when needed Follow direction and communicate daily with Maintenance Manager pertaining scheduled and routine duties Perform duties in a professional and safe manner and in accordance with company policies and safety procedures Submit purchase order requests for landscaping to the Maintenance Manager for approval Ability to work days and weekends for a 40 per week shift work as assigned Perform other duties assigned by Maintenance Manager Qualifications and Requirements Experience in horticulture maintenance and sciences Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and have dexterity for operating machinery Work Schedule Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm
