Our client, a leader in agricultural services, is seeking a Grounds Keeper to join their team. As a Grounds Keeper, you will be part of the field operations supporting various agricultural activities. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What’s the Job?
• + Assist in activities related to crops and fields. + Operating equipment + Support the maintenance and improvement of farms and assets. + Adhere to safety policies and participate in regular safety meetings. + Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors and managers.
• What’s Needed?
• + Ability to lift weights over 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods. + Capability to handle repetitive tasks and perform bending and lifting activities. + Must be able to read and write in English to understand task and safety instructions. + Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions. + 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
