Our client, a leader in agricultural services, is seeking a Grounds Keeper to join their team. As a Grounds Keeper, you will be part of the field operations supporting various agricultural activities. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Assist in activities related to crops and fields.
Operating equipment Support the maintenance and improvement of farms and assets.
Adhere to safety policies and participate in regular safety meetings.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors and managers.
What’s Needed?
Ability to lift weights over 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
Capability to handle repetitive tasks and perform bending and lifting activities.
Must be able to read and write in English to understand task and safety instructions.
Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
