Cultivation Operations Support Assistant Gautier Agriculture Company Gautier, MS 39553 Functions The Technician will report to the Lead and Manager concerning all aspects of facility operations, per their respective department. They will provide manual labor to support the activities and operations of the facility. The Technician position is essential to the organization as it is their responsibility to ensure the day-to-day operations are taking place, as expected. This may include meeting current and future orders, as well as following all state cannabis regulations, compliance guidelines, and SOPs. Duties and Responsibilities The Technician is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company’s operation from, per their respective department. Supports the Manager in various ways, per their respective department Maintaining a clean work environment, to prevent cross contamination Assist in monitoring and documenting activities via forms, logs, and other documentation Adherence to all bio security measures outlined in the facility standard operating procedures Reporting Department Lead Department Manager Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Excellent interpersonal communication, planning and organizational skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations Computer literacy: must have some experience with email, messaging, word processing and spreadsheet programs; database background a plus Candidate MUST obtain valid Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program Agent Card and have no prior felonies Organized, punctual and detail oriented. Candidate must be able to lift 50+ lbs. work in warm and possibly humid conditions Works well individually, and in a team Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required.
