Master Landscaping, a sister company of Scentsy, is looking foran Irrigation Technician to maintain all Scentsy-owned grounds andfacilities through routine and special irrigation projects.
WhatYou’ll Do:
Manage and maintain all pump stations related to Scentsyproperties using an approved pump company as neededProgram and runirrigation clocks on all propertiesPerform regular reviews of allirrigation systems and make needed adjustments and/orrepairsEvaluate plant health in regard to watering needs andcommunicate those needs to the Head GroundskeeperAssist in all sitemaintenance, including snow removal, grounds maintenance, andrepairWork closely with other key support groups in providingsupportMaintain maintenance records and perform clerical functionsas assignedWork collaboratively to install and remove seasonaldecorationsWorks with the facilities department as needed,including after-hours events as neededWork closely with maintenancestaff to schedule repairsPerform all other assigned tasks andrequirements as needed
We’re Looking For:
3 years of field-basedirrigation maintenance experienceExperience with BaselineIrrigation SystemsHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid driverslicense with a clean driving recordBasic knowledge of trees,shrubs, and annual/perennial flower species and have basicknowledge of plant care and irrigation requirements for suchAbilityto identify stress in plant material due to wateringconditionsKnowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair ofirrigation systems including, but not limited to, Hunter, Rainbird,and Baseline irrigation systemsExcellent customer serviceskillsAbility to lift 100 pounds repeatedly dailyby Jobble
