The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various power and hand tools. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance for our clients’ landscapes. This role requires a passion for landscape maintenance and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Install and maintain irrigation systems in residential and commercial landscapes. Diagnose and repair issues with existing irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to build and modify irrigation components. Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify potential problems or areas for improvement. Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to integrate irrigation solutions into overall garden care. Dig trenches for piping installation and perform necessary landscaping adjustments as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their irrigation needs. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in irrigation maintenance. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to irrigation system installation and repair. Familiarity with lawn care practices, including the principles of watering, drainage, and soil health. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in executing tasks efficiently. Previous experience in irrigation installation or maintenance is preferred. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
