On-the-job training A-Z Backflow Testing & Maintenance, a company that focuses on all things irrigation and backflow related, is seeking to hire an irrigation technician to join our growing team. (No experience required as there will be on-the-job training.
Job Duties Include:
- Perform Backflow inspection tests and make backflow repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation issues
- Program controllers
- Set up and operate rain sensors
- Perform start-ups and winterizations
- Repair Poly & PVC pipe and irrigation mainline
- Perform basic repairs, replacements, and adjustments on heads and valves
- Troubleshoot and repair low voltage landscape lighting systems
Requirements:
- Maintaining a clean work truck
- Professional Appearance
- Current Drivers License with a good driving record for the last 3 years
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Critical thinking skills required/Attention to detail
- Must be used to working outdoors in all seasons
