The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a willingness to learn various skills related to farming and equipment maintenance. This role involves physical labor, , including heavy lifting, outdoors in heat, and requires the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist in various gardening tasks, including planting, weeding, irrigating and harvesting crops. Operate farm machinery safely and efficiently, including tractors . Perform routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure all machinery is in good working condition. . Conduct heavy lifting tasks as needed, supporting the movement of materials and supplies. Experience Previous experience in gardening or farming is preferred but not required. Familiarity with farm machinery operation is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of horticulture is an advantage. A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks are essential for success in this role.
