In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the daily operations of our farm. This position requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and a passion for agriculture. You will work closely with farm management to ensure the health and productivity of our crops and livestock. Responsibilities Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform irrigation tasks to ensure proper water supply for crops. Care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring their health. Handle animals safely and humanely while maintaining a clean living environment. Conduct basic math calculations for inventory management and crop yields. Support garden maintenance activities such as weeding, pruning, and pest control. Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required for moving equipment or harvested produce. Collaborate with team members to achieve farm goals and maintain high standards of quality. Qualifications Experience in animal care or handling is highly desirable. Basic math skills are necessary for managing tasks related to crop yields and inventory. Previous experience in gardening or growing practices is a plus. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. safely and effectively is essential. A passion for agriculture and a willingness to learn new skills are key attributes for success in this role.
