We are consistently growing our farm which includes 8 Blue Sun horses, 8 pasture board horses, and 10 stall board horses. We take pride in giving the utmost care to our horses and boarders providing a welcoming space with growth opportunities both for horses and riders alike. Our mission is to take care of all the animals on property like they are our own and make a comfortable environment for employees, horses, and riders. We are a part of the Volunteer Agriculture District and have 2 hay fields and are producing a line of sheep as well as building our assets in the equestrian community. We would love to grow our community with employees willing to be a part of our growing facility! Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. A reliable field hand Must have experience with tools (chainsaw, screw gun, tractor, gator, etc.) Tasks include: fixing fences, building small carpentry items, cutting down trees, heavy lifting, lighting/ maintaining our burn pile, dragging arenas and pastures, moving/ stacking hay bales, picking up sticks/trash/debris, planting bushes/trees, farm and plant maintenance, mowing, weeding, hay field maintenance, hay field and pasture seeding Must be able to do heavy lifting (stumps, hay bales, etc.) Hours 9AM-5PM weekday or weekend availability Qualifications Must have knowledge about power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors. Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
