Full Job Description Job Title:

Irrigation and Drainage Field Service Technician Job Description/Responsibilities:

Provide first level troubleshooting services to both commercial and residential customers Repair services include but not limited to: Automatically controlled irrigation systems, well pumps, storm water drainage systems. Install new irrigation systems Install new drainage systems Provide on site recommendations to property owners on ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of said systems. Operate various types of heavy equipment, ie. trenchers, skid steers, excavators, sod cutters, tillers, etc. Conduct daily/weekly inventory to ensure there is limited to no interruptions to work. Work on site with other contractors in order ensure work is completed on schedule.

Required:

Valid driver’s license Good process and equipment troubleshooting skills Sound decision making skills Ability to communicate with property owners, other contractors and fellow co-workers Mechanically and Electrically inclined (aptitude for both) Ability to operate independently with and handle/prioritize multiple tasks as necessary

Desired Experience/Knowledge:

Experience in troubleshooting automated irrigation systems Experience with PVC plumbing Experience operating heavy equipment Veteran Owned and Operated company
