Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient Cannabis Trimmers to join our team in North Bergen, NJ. We’re a craft brand which places a high emphasis on quality, hand-trimming all flower. The ideal candidates will have experience in hand trimming and be able to meet our standards of quality while trimming at a rate of at least 1lb per day. Applicants who are capable of exceeding expectations will have a quick path to wage growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Hand-trim cannabis plants with precision, ensuring minimal waste and maintaining product integrity. Meet or exceed daily trimming goals of 1lb while maintaining a focus on quality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Cleaning will be a significant part of your responsibilities. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Assist with other tasks as needed in the cultivation facility.

Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the NJ cannabis industry. 1 year cannabis hand trimming experience. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the cannabis industry, particularly in a trimming role. Familiarity with the cannabis plant and its various strains.
