Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Hand Trimmer. The ideal candidate will efficiently trim cannabis plants while maintaining product quality to maximize harvest output.

Essential Duties:

Hand trim cannabis flower for lab testing, packaging, and curing using shears and scissors. Confirm written plant weight on tags and mark trimmer columns. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the trim room to prevent contamination. Meet daily trimming quotas, producing a minimum of 2 lbs. per day (113.4 grams per hour). Follow directions from management and assist in other areas, including packaging and pre-rolls.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong work ethic and adaptability to changing workloads. Basic skills in weights and measurements; ability to operate a scale. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to focus and sit or stand for long periods. Integrity and honesty in all work tasks.

Physical Duties & Requirements:

Must be able to handle and feel materials, reach with hands, and communicate effectively. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while using scissors. Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds. Work in a warehouse environment.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required. Some knowledge of cannabis plant anatomy and strains is a plus.
