Description:

 36 Fulltime seasonal H-2A jobs available 8/25/25-11/6/25.

Duties:

Manually plant and cultivate fruit trees. Use hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. Duties include tilling soil and applying fertilizers, transplanting, weeding, cleaning ,packing, thinning and or pruning crops such as Apples, Potatoes, and Onions. Cleaning, packing, construct trellises, repair fences and farm buildings, participate in irrigation activities, set up and operate irrigation equipment, operate tractors, tractor drawn machinery, self propelled machinery to plow, harrow, fertilize soil, plant, cultivate and spray crops. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. Apply pesticides, herbicides, fertilize crops and inform farmer or farm manager of crop progress, identify plants. pests and weed to determine the selection and application of pesticides and fertilizers. Clear and maintain irrigation ditches. Operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing (weather on or off the farm) to the farm properties; haul tools, supplies, or crops; transport workers from place to place around the farm properties during the workday (including on public roads to reach the farm fields); and/or transport workers to the grocery store, bank, or laundry facilities on an as needed basis Those that are requested to drive will be required to possess an appropriate license, no one will be rejected for this position that does not possess a drivers license.

Requirements:

• Workers referred against this order must have a minimum of 3 month experience in performing tasks described in this order.
• Lifting requirement of 50 lbs.
• Repetitive movements, frequent stoop and bending
• Exposure to extreme temperatures.
