We’re seeking a physically capable, self-motivated individual to support the day-to-day operations of our indoor vertical mushroom farm. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who loves independent work, thrives in a farm setting, and enjoys learning on the job in full and part time opportunities. We grow more than just gourmet mushrooms — we use mycelium (fungus) to grow next-generation alternatives to plastic, concrete, insulation, and even coffins. It’s not just farming. It’s a movement. Key Responsibilities ????

Compost Commander:

Manage our aerated composting system to maintain rich, fertile substrate. ????️

Substrate Block Specialist:

Operate an automated bagging machine to produce 5-12 lb blocks. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs across short distances (~30 ft). ????

Grow Kit Production Tech:

Produce 120 mushroom grow kits per day / 360 kits per week. ????

Block Shaker & Incubator Loader:

Shake substrate blocks and load them onto incubation shelves. Move grow kits from shelves to conveyor belts for fruiting. ????

Sterilization & Cleaning Crew:

Clean sterilization barrels using pressure washers and vinegar. ????️

Repair & Maintenance Assistant:

Perform basic repairs or replacements on mixers, baggers, water filters, and electrical elements. ????

Inventory & Logistics Coordinator:
