The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance, ensuring efficient irrigation systems for various garden and lawn care projects. This role requires hands-on work with both hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to build and maintain irrigation systems that support healthy landscapes. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for installation and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with landscape teams to ensure proper irrigation for gardens and lawns. Dig trenches for irrigation lines and install necessary components according to specifications. Monitor water usage and adjust systems as needed to promote efficient water conservation. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns regarding irrigation systems. Experience Proven mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems and landscape maintenance. Experience in building, installing, or repairing irrigation systems is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation in a landscaping context. Background in lawn care or gardening is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
