The ideal candidate will have a strong background in irrigation systems on residential properties and have backflow certification with experience in low voltage lighting. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage for gardens and lawns. Duties Install and maintain irrigation systems, including drip lines, sprinklers, and pumps. Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve problems with irrigation equipment. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for installation and maintenance tasks. Dig trenches for irrigation lines while ensuring minimal disruption to existing landscapes. Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to integrate irrigation solutions into overall garden care plans. Educate clients on proper irrigation practices and water conservation techniques. Experience Previous experience in residential irrigation systems is required. Must have backflow certification Experience with low voltage lighting Mechanical knowledge related to the operation of power tools and hand tools is essential. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
