Job Summary:

Nance Tractor is looking for a skilled Agricultural Mechanic with hands-on experience servicing farm equipment. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair Massey Ferguson tractors and implements (On-site & in-house) Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and major overhauls Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Use diagnostic software and tools to evaluate and service equipment Accurately complete service documentation and repair orders Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely service Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with service writers, customers, and coworkers

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working on agricultural equipment Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electronics Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic codes Valid driver’s license Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Familiarity with AGCO/Massey Ferguson systems and tools is a plus Must supply own tools
