Tallo's Job Summary: Assist with farm operations, crop production, and irrigation. Operate, service, and maintain multiple types of equipment. Oversee planting, crop scouting, pesticide and fertilizer application, and harvesting. Coordinate use of field equipment including planters, tractors, harvest, and seed cleaning equipment. Utilize advanced mechanical skills to service and repair equipment. Operate and maintain tractors, planters, combine, cotton picker, sprayer, and grain cart. Participate in professional development training. No minimum education required. 24 months farming experience needed. Must have a valid driver's license, able to lift 75 lbs, and pass a DOT physical and drug test. Daily travel within a 20-mile radius.

Assist with farm operations, crop production, and irrigation. Operate, service, and maintain multiple types of equipment.?Oversee planting,crop scouting, pesticide and fertilizer application, and harvesting;?Assist withgrain storage and delivery;?Coordinate use of field equipment including planters, tractors, harvest and seed cleaning equipment.?Utilize advancedmechanical skills to serviceand repair equipment.?Operate and maintaintractors, planters, combine, cotton picker, sprayer, and grain cart.?Operate Greenstar monitors as well as other in cab technologies?
Operate a semi-truck hauling grain or water.?General equipment operation such as mowing roadsides, fertilizer application, chemical application, moving cotton bales, excavation and minor earth moving.?Operate and maintain our grain handling facility.?Maintain records such as equipment services and crop applications.?Perform miscellaneous dirty jobs such as scooping grain and cleaning equipment (some of these jobs can be strenuous, applicant must be physically able to perform hard work)?Participate in professional development training by attending seminars and field days.
Job Requirements:
