Full-Time Farm Manager 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars 105 DeLong Road, Nauvoo, AL 35578 McDowell Farm School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to lead our sustainable, educational farm nestled in the Bankhead National Forest in Winston County, Alabama. This full-time, residential role combines hands-on farm production with immersive teaching experiences, making it ideal for someone who is as passionate about education as they are about regenerative agriculture. As the Farm Manager, you’ll work closely with our Farm School Director, Livestock Assistant and a talented team to manage vegetable and animal systems, mentor seasonal staff, and help students from across the Southeast connect with the land and each other through experiential learning.
