on Farm in Maine (Waterford) The Waterford Inne ‹ image 1 of 6 › compensation: based on experience, plus tips employment type: job title: Cook / BOH / FOH The Waterford Inne / Tallulah’s is looking for someone to join our small team. Looking for a line cook and a server to join us for the summer season. We are an inn, with an on-site farm, and restaurant in a barn called “tallulah’s”. Our menus are hyper seasonal, utilizing produce from our farm and other local farms. If you are an eager cook looking to expand your knowledge with a unique approach to food, fermentation, progressive techniques, and working in a clean and professional manner, inquire about joining our BOH team! If you are passionate about hospitality, join our FOH team!
We host two service formats:
a. intimate formal tasting menu 8-10 courses b. casual a la carte with same hyper seasonal focus, sourdough pizza, small plates – local and homegrown vegetables, maine seafood, local proteins – we have a preservation program, lots of room for learning techniques Please email over your resume and cover letter.
