Summary We are seeking a Planting Manager to oversee our landscape operations at Josh Landscape Co. This role is crucial in ensuring that our landscaping projects meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, plants and a strong leadership presence. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of landscape maintenance and installation projects. Lead and supervise a team of landscape professionals, ensuring quality workmanship. Develop and implement effective landscape maintenance programs for clients. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Oversee inventory management of plants, materials, and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in landscaping. Requirements Proven experience in landscape management or a related field. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, plants and tree care practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proven experience in agricultural or horticultural management.
