The ImpactYou’ll Make As the International Business Manager, you’ll directlyown the P&L for a critical part of our international business.

Youll make decisions that affect profitability, product mix, andinventory flow on a global scale. This is not a plug-and-play role— it’s a chance to influence strategy, simplify complexity, anddrive growth where others see operational challenges. What You’llDo Own and manage the P&L for assigned product lines, includingmargin and pricing strategy Analyze performance monthly andimplement actions to close financial gaps Oversee productavailability and inventory (frozen, distressed, Save/No Savedecisions) Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain,Operations, and Sales to align specs and mix Manage relationshipswith international customers through discovery, direct selling, andnegotiation Lead evaluation of product performance and participatein product cuttings and competitive benchmarking Build SOPs toimprove clarity, reduce inefficiencies, and institutionalize bestpractices What Makes This Role Exciting? Experience & Background:

Years of Experience:

5 – 7 years inproduct/category management, international sales, or supply chainroles in food, meat, or

CPG Industry Background:

Meat/proteinproduction, food & beverage, international agriculture, or premiumCPG with complex supply chains

Education:

Bachelor’s in Business,Supply Chain, Food Science, or related field; MBA preferred but notrequired

Must Have:

Strong Profit & Loss (P&L) experience
