Triangle Pond Management is a diverse company that works with both residential and commercial clients, providing services in support of managing water as a resource. In a commercial setting, we help communities and property managers manage and maintain their stormwater assets. We focus heavily on a preventative maintenance approach to help maintain compliance throughout the year and save our clients’ money on costly repairs from neglected maintenance. On the residential side, we help clients meet their goals and recognize their vision for their property while maintaining a healthy and attractive lake or pond.
Position Title:
Aquatic Maintenance Technician (Fisheries)
Position Overview:
The role of an aquatic maintenance technician is integral to the service we provide our clients. You are the front line in the field as we manage, maintain, and improve client properties. Through your day-to-day work you contribute to Triangle Pond Management’s winning culture and commitment to high level service.
Roles and responsibilities:
Operating a maintenance route using a company provided vehicle Herbicide application to control invasive or nuisance vegetation Hand removal of aquatic vegetation using various hand tools Trash and debris removal around client lakes and ponds General inspection to ensure functionality and locate repair issues Accurate and quality reporting of site visits and inspections Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to complete scope of work.
Includes but not limited to:
Trailers, Boats, Kayaks, Sprayers, Compressed Air, ect… Fish stocking of client ponds Aerator and Fountain installation/maintenance. Document and turn in all expenses Additional roles and responsibilities: Keep up with maintenance of tools and equipment used daily Foundational Qualities of a
Successful Team Member:
Background in landscaping, stormwater management, aquatic industry, pesticide management Comfortable working outside in the elements for extended periods of time Experience using landscaping equipment such as sprayers, mowers, and hand tools Organized and able to work within timelines and timeframes Strong attention to detail Clean driving record and the ability to travel between job sites in a company vehicle Team player and positive attitude Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills Why choose Triangle Pond Management?
