Responsibilities:
Shuck oysters quickly and safely while maintaining presentation standards Ensure all oysters are fresh and handled according to health and safety guideline Assist with prep work and maintaining the raw bar as needed Interact with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous experience shucking oysters is preferred but we’re willing to train the right candidate Strong knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Commitment to food safety and cleanliness Positive attitude and team-oriented
