Job Description Responsible for inspecting HQ, R&T and T&E buildings, machinery, etc. and report any problems found. All other tasks assigned daily by the Supervisor. Job Duties Inspect buildings for anything out of the ordinary (water on floor, uncomfortable room temps, strange noises, and smells. Help in the absence of day shift janitor, mail room and mail truck. Police the grounds and pick up yard trash and debris daily. Mow, weed eat and clean driveways and walkways as needed. Check assignment board for duties and erase when completed (if work can’t be completed on that day, leave on the board and complete ASAP the following day). My work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. Day will be a 10-hour shift and duties include getting mail from the post office, mowing, and checking the building every hour on the hour.

Skills required:

Ability to do the physical labor required for the position, work with chemical and know the proper mixing and application rules enforced by the EPA and be able to work In hot and cold temperatures.
