Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Farmer to join our aquaculture team. As a Farmer, you will be responsible for cultivating fish, managing livestock, and overseeing farm operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Duties:

• Animal Husbandry, including but not limited to feeding, tank cleaning, pond raking, pond washing, etc.
• Cichlid Breeding
• Perimeter Fence Maintenance
• Live Fish packing and shipping
• Fish sorting and culling
• Seining Cast netting, and trapping of fish.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Farmer or in a related aquaculture role
• Knowledge of animal husbandry practices
• Ability to operate farm machinery such as tractors
• Physical stamina and strength to work outdoors in various weather conditions especially heat
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
