Description:
Provides a variety ofquality radiographic imaging including under the general directionof a physician, fluoroscopy on all age groups served by the entityinsuring the principles of ALARA are achieved. Participates in thedepartment quality improvement processes insuring a high level ofcustomer satisfaction is maintained. Depending on departmentalbusiness needs, this position will support departments patientworkflow such as front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs,patient in-take, and other duties as assigned and supported byscope of practice. Estimated pay range for this position is $25.74- $33.46 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
HighSchool,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Licenses & Certifications:
Basic LifeSupport.
Certified Radiologic Technologist.
ARRT RegisteredTechnologist – Radiography.
Additional Qualifications:
Graduate of anapproved AMA Council on Education Program in RadiologicTechnology.
Six month experience in an acute care settingpreferred.
ARRT Radiography certified or eligible.
Depending ondepartmental business needs, may be required to be competent inskills such as vitals signs, phlebotomy, EKG, front desk dutiesincluding quick registration, etc.
Change agility and flexibility amust.
