Job Description:

We are seeking a Pool & Beach Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Pool & Beach Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our pool and beachfront area. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, training of attendants, monitoring guest areas, assisting with scheduling and handling guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of guest service, cleanliness, safety, and team performance, delivering an exception experience while adhering to hotel standards. This position is a FLEX (AM / PM) position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. We have a full-time position available.

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages. Minimum 2-year(s) experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager. Food handling certificate. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding. Ability to provide legible communication. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions. Certification in C.P.R. (desired)

Must possess strong Leadership qualities. Ability to understand guests’ service needs. Ability to thrive during very high levels of business. Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guests within any given period of time. Ability to focus attention on details. Ability to suggestively sell menu items, beverages and wines. Ability to access and input information into Micros system. Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly. Ability to exert physical effort in transporting food and beverage to guests. Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
