We would like to share more details about our people,practice, and purpose as you consider your options. People Our team comprises 30 physicians and 7 advanced practiceproviders (APPs), including a dedicated nocturnal team. We are supported by Sound s own clinical performance nurses,program managers, and coordinators. Our clinicians bring diverse geographic, educational, andtraining backgrounds who lean on and learn from each other in theirapproach to patient care. We have a team-oriented approach with other hospital departmentleaders and managers who are eager to offer help to assist in ourpractice. We value providers who are team players and are comfortableleading a treatment team for each patient. Practice Memorial Health University Medical Center is an establishedtertiary care hospital that receives transfers from all surroundingcounties and across state lines. We have day and swing admitters, as well as dedicatednocturnists. There is a resident-led MET/RRT team, and hospital medicinedoes not respond to codes. The hospital has a closed ICU with a separate intensivistgroup. We do not require procedures however, we are welcome tomaintain privileges. We’re looking for board-certified/eligible internal medicineand family medicine candidates. Our EMR is Epic, with access to our internal informaticsplatform. Compensation ranges from $1625 (day) to $1850 (night) per shiftand $400 moonlighting for extra shifts above the threshold. We alsooffer quality and productivity incentives. We work collaboratively within our team to ensure coverage fortime off.
