Ride Operator 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 3333 Buford Drive, Buford, GA 30519 We are Looking for upbeat, fun loving, Customer service oriented employees to run our Carousel at Mall of Georgia. We are looking for an perators for this location.
Our Job includes the following:
Cash Handling Safely loading and Unloading riders on to the Carousel Helping Customer get on the ride (if needed) Checking all riders are secure Starting the Ride Making sure everyone safely exits the Carousel. Qualifications Strong customer service and guest service skills Experience in cash handling and financial transactions Background in events management and conflict management Familiarity with working with children and public speaking Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or resort environments Lifeguard certification is a plus, along with any theater experience Summary As a Retail Amusement Ride Operator for the Carousel, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Reporting to the Ride Supervisor, your core skills in customer service and cash handling will be essential in managing ride operations and assisting visitors. Your premium skills in conflict management will help address any issues that arise, while your relevant experience with children and public speaking will enhance guest interactions.
