Beach Attendant Cajun Oasis RV Resort 3380 Sand Pit Rd, Vinton, LA 70668 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and experience in hospitality or related fields. As an Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience while maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with inquiries, providing information about services and facilities. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the area assigned, including food service stations and recreational facilities. Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with established guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Address guest concerns or conflicts in a professional manner, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues promptly. Facilitate engaging activities for children or families, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all ages. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and support overall operational goals. Monitor beach, swimming area and or gates Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service is preferred. Ability to speak to with the general public in polite, courteous manner, Experience working with children is a plus; familiarity with lifeguard duties is beneficial for positions near water activities. Excellent conflict management skills to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Cash handling experience is required to manage transactions accurately. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential.
