We are seeking hardworking and reliable Seasonal Fishermen to join our team during peak fishing months. This is a physically demanding but rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and the outdoors. Responsibilities Operate fishing vessels to catch fish and other seafood for commercial sale. Use a variety of fishing techniques such as netting, trawling, and harpooning, depending on the target species. Inspect and maintain fishing equipment and nets to ensure proper functioning. Navigate vessels to fishing locations using knowledge of fish behavior and weather patterns. Sort and prepare fish or seafood for transport to processing facilities or markets. Monitor weather conditions to ensure safe and efficient operation. Comply with all safety protocols and environmental regulations. Handle and store fish according to health and safety standards. Maintain accurate logs of daily catch, including species and quantities. Assist in daily vessel maintenance, including cleaning, fueling, and mechanical checks. Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure effective and safe fishing operations. Qualifications Prior experience in commercial or recreational fishing preferred but not required. Ability to work long hours in physically demanding and sometimes harsh marine environments. Knowledge of basic vessel operations and marine safety is a plus. Must be a team player with good communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures carefully. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass any required background or drug screenings.
