What You’ll Do:
Supervise Park Assistants and support daily operations Open and close Park facilities Handle cash transactions and manage reservations/program software Assist with animal care for our ambassador animals Maintain Park trails, facilities, and grounds Set up and break down the Conference Room for rentals Assist visitors with boat rentals, concession sales, and customer service Help with special events, rental bookings, and guest experiences
What We’re Looking For:
At least 18 years old Leadership skills and ability to make sound decisions Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during a shift Willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours Strong customer service and communication skills Experience handling cash, reservations, and scheduling software is a plus Able to follow instructions and give directions clearly Confident working in and around water
