Overview:

Are you looking for the best summer job ever? Canobie Lake Park is currently hiring Team Members for our 2025 season across our 10 departments. Join a Team of motivated individuals and help us achieve our mission of providing the highest quality entertainment experience for the best value in New England. Available positions include, but are not limited to, Food & Beverage Cook, Security Officer, Emergency Medical Technician, Ride Operator, FunSquad Attendant, Retail Cashier, Lifeguard, Gate Attendant, Grounds Attendant, and so much more!

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will vary depending on position and department; below are some responsibilities that are shared by all Canobie Lake Park Team Members. Additional responsibilities for each position will be communicated during the interview process.

Guest Safety:

Ensure the safety of all Guests by adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.

Customer Service:

Greet Guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Assist Guests with inquiries, provide information about Park attractions, and offer recommendations for an enjoyable visit. Handle Guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as needed.

Park Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the Park, including ride platforms, queue areas, and dining facilities. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and restroom maintenance. Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to appropriate personnel.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members and Supervisors to ensure smooth Park operations. Communicate effectively with fellow Team Members to coordinate tasks, share information, and provide assistance as needed.

Park Policies Enforcement:

Enforce Park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all Guests. Monitor Guest behavior and intervene as necessary to address rule violations or inappropriate conduct.

Qualifications:

A positive attitude when working with and around others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to Guest safety. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed. Willingness to undergo training on safety procedures.
