The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our facility, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently while delivering top-notch customer service. Clean driving vehicle Must have Van, truck, Suv or Hatchback to fit the Foam Party Equipment Must be able to life the 50lb Foam cannon onto its stand Outgoing and Fun This is a gig job with no set or guaranteed schedule we will post available shifts that will mostly be 3 hours from equipment pickup to party to drop off Great job for a college kid home for the summer Need someone responsible who can operator solo with some training Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless experience for guests and staff. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring satisfaction. Assist with cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with team members to manage events and activities effectively. Ensure safety protocols are followed, particularly in areas such as pool or recreational facilities if applicable. Engage with children and families, fostering a positive atmosphere through interaction and support. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility to enhance guest experience. Skills Strong background in guest services and customer service, with a focus on hospitality. Experience in conflict management to effectively handle guest concerns or issues. Familiarity with cash handling processes to ensure accurate transactions. Previous experience in resort operations or similar environments is preferred. Ability to engage positively with children, enhancing their experience during events or activities. Knowledge of theater operations or events management is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
