Charleston Area Medical Center is seeking BC/BE physician inInternal Medicine, Family Medicine or other clinical specialty forits Command Center. Position is responsible for driving theTransfer Center operations daily working alongside current TransferCenter Staff and Flow Coordinators. Utilization of CapacityManagement and Careware to determine real time capacity and demandto accommodate incoming referrals and patient needs. Work inpartnership with regional hospital leaders, referring and acceptingphysicians, and key service line stakeholders to develop transferpolicies. Demonstrate knowledge of transfer center processes toensure key compliance and regulatory policies are beingmet.
