Experience:
Previous customer service or amusement park experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Operate ride attractions safely, ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences. Provide clear, friendly instructions and assist guests with boarding and exiting rides. Inspect and maintain ride areas, reporting any issues promptly. Engage with guests, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Results Ensure a safe and incident-free experience for all guests. Delight customers with outstanding service, encouraging repeat visits. Maintain efficient ride operations and a clean, organized environment. Physical Requirements Must be comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks such as securing restraints and cleaning ride areas. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally (e.g., assisting guests or handling equipment). Work in varying conditions, including temperature changes, loud noises, and bright or flashing lights. Maintain constant foot pressure on a pedal for extended periods as required. Stay focused and alert to follow safety protocols and guest procedures. Remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions in unexpected situations.
